坏死性凋亡在脑卒中疾病中的研究进展

【摘要】近年来，许多研究揭示了坏死性凋亡在脑卒中疾病中被激活，并在其发病机制中起着至关重要的作用。此外，一系列研究发现，基因或药物抑制坏死性凋亡在体外和体内对脑卒中都有神经保护作用，提示坏死性凋亡可能是治疗脑卒中的潜在靶点。本文就目前坏死性凋亡及其与脑卒中的相关性研究进行综述。

Abstract： In recent years, many studies have revealed that necroptosis is activated in stroke and plays a crucial role in its pathogenesis. In addition, a series of studies have found that genes or drugs that inhibit necroptosis have neuroprotective effects on stroke in vitro and in vivo, suggesting that necroptosis may be a potential target for the treatment of stroke. This article reviews the progress of necroptosis in stroke.
