神经胶质瘤是中枢神经系统常见的恶性肿瘤,尽管手术联合放疗和化疗可以一定程度上改善患者生活质量,但是由于肿瘤的耐药性、高病死率和复发率,现有的治疗手段下患者总体生存率仍然有限,尤其是高级别胶质瘤(HGG)是儿童和成人脑肿瘤死亡的主要原因。近年来,随着肿瘤微环境研究兴起,研究者发现肿瘤组织和细胞周围环境对于肿瘤发生发展具有重要影响。本文就神经元相关肿瘤微环境在促进胶质瘤进展中的相关研究做一综述。
Glioma is a common malignant tumor of the central nervous system. Although surgeries, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, can improve patients’ quality of life to some extent, the overall survival is still low due to tumor resistance, high mortality and recurrence rates, especially high-grade glioma(HGG), which is the leading cause of death in children and adults with brain tumors. In recent years, with the rise of tumor microenvironment research, it is discovered that tumor tissue and pericellular environment have a large impact on tumor development. This paper reviews the studies related to the neuron-associated tumor microenvironment in promoting glioma progression.
