3D-Slicer软件在鞍旁脑膜瘤手术规划中的运用

【摘要】目的探讨3D-Slicer软件在鞍旁脑膜瘤手术规划中的运用价值。方法收集16例符合条件的鞍旁脑膜瘤手术患者,运用3D-Slicer软件导入影像资料进行三维重建,获得多模态可视化模型。通过充分展示肿瘤与颅骨、周围神经血管之间的三维空间关系及测量模型中的各项参数,完成入路设计,制定手术方案,模拟手术操作。结果所有患者均按最佳的模拟手术方案进行手术,肿瘤暴露满意,三维重建图像与术中真实所见高度吻合,顺利完成手术。术后均未出现严重并发症,无死亡病例。结论3D-Slicer软件可为鞍旁脑膜瘤手术提供多模态可视化的三维解剖信息,指导个体化的入路设计,并在神经血管保护方面发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of 3D-Slicer software in surgical planning for parasellar meningioma. Methods 16 eligible patients with parasellar meningioma were collected. The image data were imported and reconstructed by 3D-Slicer software to obtain a multimodal visual model. By fully displaying the 3D spatial relationship between the tumor, the skull, and the peripheral nerves and vessels as well as measuring the parameters in the model, the approach design was completed, the surgical plan was formulated, and the surgical operation was simulated. Results All patients were operated according to the best simulated operation scheme, making the tumor exposure satisfactory. The 3D reconstruction image was highly consistent with the actual intraoperative findings, and the operation was completed successfully. There were no serious complications and no death. Conclusion 3D-Slicer software can provide multimodal visual 3D anatomical information for parasellar meningioma surgery, guide individualized approach design, and play an important role in vascular and neural protection.
