皮层扩散性去极化在急性脑损伤中的研究进展

急性脑损伤是临床上的一种危急情况，包括原发性损伤和继发性损伤两个方面。近年来研究发现，皮层扩散性去极化现象广泛存在于导致急性脑损伤的疾病中，是急性脑损伤后继发性损害病理生理改变的核心机制。本文对皮层扩散性去极化在急性脑损伤中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Acute brain injury is a clinically critical situation, including primary injury and secondary injury. In recent years, studies have found that cortical spreading depolarization is widely present in diseases that cause acute brain injury, and is the core mechanism of the pathophysiological changes of secondary damage after acute brain injury. This paper reviews the research progress of cortical spreading depolarization in acute brain injury.
