脑电双频指数对颅脑损伤严重程度和患者预后的评估研究进展

脑电双频指数是对脑电图信号进行量化后转化为数值,其能够实时反映大脑皮层及皮质下的意识水平;并能够快速反映镇静水平的改变。通过脑电双频指数监测可了解颅脑损伤手术患者的麻醉深度,并能反映危重症患者的镇静水平;还能反映颅脑损伤患者的颅内血氧水平改变,以早期进行干预,改善脑缺氧。脑电双频指数监测能有效地评估患者的预后,在神经外科的应用中具有较高的临床价值。本综述对脑电双频指数的原理及在颅脑损伤患者病情严重程度及预后评估中的应用进行了分析介绍。

Abstract: The EEG bispectral index is the quantification of the EEG signal and converted into a value, which can reflect the level of consciousness in the cerebral cortex and subcortex in real time and quickly reflect the change in the level of sedation. EEG bispectral index monitoring can understand the depth of anesthesia in patients undergoing craniocerebral injury surgery, and reflect the level of sedation in critically ill patients. It can also reflect the changes in intracranial blood oxygen levels in patients with craniocerebral injury, so as to intervene early to improve the brain Hypoxia. EEG bispectral index monitoring can effectively assess the prognosis of patients and has high clinical value in neurosurgery applications. This review analyzes and introduces the principle of EEG Bispectral Index and its application in the evaluation of the severity and prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury.
