PTRF/Cavin-1作为外泌体标志物在胶质瘤诊断和治疗中的研究进展

脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中最常见的原发恶性肿瘤。外泌体在胶质瘤中具有重要的功能及作用,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。外泌体不仅可作为肿瘤标志物用于胶质瘤诊断,也可作为药物递送载体用于靶向治疗。本文归纳整理了外泌体在胶质瘤中的作用,并结合近年对聚合酶Ⅰ和转录释放因子(PTRF,又称Cavin-1)作为新型外泌体标志物在胶质瘤诊断及治疗中的研究进行系统梳理,为外泌体在胶质瘤的研究提供参考方向。

Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumors of the central nervous system. Acts messengers of intercellular communication, exosomes are closely related to the occurrence and development of glioma. Exosomes can not only be used as tumor markers for glioma diagnosis, but also as drug delivery carriers for targeted therapy. This review aimed to discuss the crucial roles of exosomes in glioma diagnosis and treatment, especially combining the research on a novel marker of glioma-derived exosomes(polymerase-1 and release transcript factor, PTRF, also known as cavin-1). It is highly expected that the better and clearer elucidation of the pivotal roles of exosomes in glioma diagnosis and therapy.
