透明质酸在胶质瘤中的研究进展

作为细胞外基质(ECM)的主要成分之一,透明质酸(HA)的作用主要是支持和维持正常的生理结构。但在胶质瘤中,HA不仅有着维持结构的功能,同时也具有促进肿瘤增长、迁移和侵袭的能力。近年来越来越多的研究针对是否能够通过改变ECM从而改善肿瘤微环境展开讨论。本文概述了HA的基本结构,导致胶质瘤形成的生物学途径以及潜在的针对HA制定的治疗胶质瘤的手段。

Hyaluronic acid(HA), as one of the main components of extracellular matrix(ECM), mainly plays a role in supporting and maintaining normal physiological structure. However, in glioma, HA not only has the function of maintaining the structure, but also has the ability to promote tumor growth, migration and invasion. In recent years, more and more studies have discussed whether it is possible to improve tumor microenvironment by changing ECM. In this paper, the basic structure, biological pathway and potential therapeutic methods of HA are reviewed.
